However, at present, there are numerous prospective questions in the civil and commercial judicial assistance system, which affect the operation result of civil and commercial judicial assistance system and make it hard to meet the need of integration and development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In the future, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should explore a variety of modes of judicial assistance, constantly expand the content of judicial assistance, innovate the method of judicial assistance and build a civil and commercial judicial assistance center in this area.
