Abstract
The Present Study has been investigators to find out the Personality Characteristics of teachers at Secondary level in Srinagar District. The investigator employed R.B Cattell’s 16 P.F for the purpose of collection of data. The sample for the present study consists of 600 secondary school teachers. The investigator used the most acceptable and widely used statistical techniques viz. mean, median to analyze and interpret the data. The study revealed that male secondary school teacher’s has better personality than female teachers. Further it also revealed that urban teachers have better personality than rural teachers.
